If you are not satisfied after receiving your online order, you can return or exchange it within a 14-day period starting from the date of purchase. Clothing must be unworn, undamaged and with all labels attached. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will be declined.
Sale items, beachwear, lingerie and jewelry cannot be returned.
Return process
Please complete this online form to return or exchange your goods.
This form should be filled out completely and correctly, please fill in your order number (with #), postal code and reason for return or exchange. You will receive an address label you can print for shipment.
When the goods are received in good condition, they will be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Shipping cost for the return or exchange will not be refunded.
Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
